Shipping, delivery & returns

Shipping time
The delivery time depends on the payment method. If you pay via PayPal or credit card, the ordered items are usually delivered within 1-3 working days (if available). If you pay in advance, the products will only be sent after payment has been received.
If the goods are not available, we will inform the buyer as soon as possible and deliver the available products in advance.
As soon as the order leaves our warehouse, an email with a link to track the shipment will be sent automatically.

Shipping service provider
We work with DHL and ship all orders this way.

If you exercise your statutory right to cancellation, you will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the items.

In the event of delivery errors or defective items, we are responsible and will of course cover the entire cost of returning the goods.

Please send an email to shop @mariemorenz.de with a short description of how the defect came about. We will respond as quickly as possible with a simple and quick solution.

Deliveries outside Germany and Austria are only possible upon request.

Please note that additional customs duties and fees may apply for deliveries outside the EU.
